摘要
以低浓度煤层气为燃料,用往复活塞式内燃机发电是综合利用低浓度煤层气(俗称瓦斯)的最佳途径之一。应用电控技术,闭环电子控制空气与瓦斯配比,适应浓度和抽排压力的变化,使瓦斯用作活塞往复式内燃机燃料成为现实,论述了瓦斯发电机组发电技术的特点、流程,并对其安全性、经济效益进行了分析,并对瓦斯发电的前景作了展望。
To make comprehensive utilization of low concentration coal-bed gas, one of the best approaches is to generate electricity by reciprocating piston-type internal combustion engine taking low concentration coal-bed gas as fuel. By adopting electric control technology, air/Gas proportion is electrically controlled in closed-loop to adapt to variation of concentration and pump drainage pressure, so that we make it true to take Gas as fuel on reciprocating piston-type internal combustion engine. Reciprocating piston-type internal combustion engine generators set features low investment, high recovery ratio, short power station building period, flexible power station scale.
