摘要
"首席培训师"的出现是教师培训专业化的重要标志,"首席培训师"主要负责教师培训项目的策划、管理和具体实施。结合2014年北京市中小学体育教师培训项目的开展,在分析"首席培训师"的角色定位与工作职责基础上,提出"首席培训师"应该具备的五种意识:质量意识、引领意识、整合意识、沟通意识和研究意识。
The chief trainer is an important symbol of the professional teacher training, who is responsible for the design, management and application of the teacher's training project. Based on the elementary school P. E. teacher training project in Beijing in 2014 ,the paper analyses the role and works of the chief trainer and proposes five awareness of the chief trainer which are quality awareness, guidance awareness, integration awareness, communication awareness and research awareness.
