摘要
采用粗、细2种竹束为原料分别制备重组竹,探讨竹束形状对其浸胶与二次干燥工艺和重组竹性能的影响。结果表明:竹束的形状对浸胶工艺有一定影响,浸胶时间超过10 min后细竹束的上胶量总大于粗竹束;竹束形状对浸胶后的二次干燥工艺有明显影响,在相同干燥时间和温度下,细竹束的干燥速率总大于粗竹束;由不同形状竹束制备的重组竹性能有所不同,粗竹束制得的重组竹其含水率和24 h TS均大于细竹束,而静曲强度、弹性模量和内结合强度3项指标均小于细竹束所制备的重组竹。
The authors manufactured bamboo scrimber using thick and thin bamboo bundles as raw material. The authors presented a study on the affecting of bamboo bundles' shape on the dipping glue technology and second time drying technology, and the properties of bamboo scrimber. The results showed: bamboo bundles' shape some influenced on their dipping glue technology, and the resin content of thin bamboo bundle was always greater than the thick bamboo bundle's after the soaking time exceeded 10min; the shape of the bamboo bundles had obvious effect on the second time drying technology; the drying rate of the thin bamboo bundle was always greater than the thick bamboo bundle's at the same drying time and temperature; the properties of bamboo scrimber were different using bamboo bundles of different shapes preparation; the moisture content and 24hTS of the bamboo scrimber of preparation using the thick bamboo bundle were more than that of the thin bamboo bundle's, and their MOR, MOE and IB were all smaller than the bamboo scrimber of using the thin bamboo preparation.
