摘要 将竹材用不同的预处理方法处理后,碾压、梳解制成竹束,对竹束进行断裂强度、细度的测定。试验结果表明,对竹材进行碱处理能有效地提高制备竹束的效率,采用细度和断裂强度来评价竹束的性能是可行的。竹束的细度范围为793~1445tex,断裂强度的范围在0.73~2.32cN/tex之间。随着竹束细度数值的增加,竹束断裂强度有减小的趋势。 The bamboo was spread out and hackled into bundles after different pretreatments. The rupture strength and fineness of the bamboo bundles were measured. The results show that it is feasible to evaluate the properties of bamboo bundle with fineness and rupture strength. The fineness of bamboo bundle is in the range from 793 tex to 1 445 tex, and the rupture strength is from 0. 73 cN/tex to 2.32 cN/tex, The rupture strength has a decreasing trend along with the increasing of fineness. The alkali treatment can increase the efficiency in the manufacture of bamboo bundle.
