摘要
目的分析舌下含服标准化变应原疫苗治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取变应性鼻炎患者54例,随机分为治疗组(n=28)和对照组(n=26)。观察2组患者的临床症状,药物评分,皮肤反应指数,尘螨特异性lg E、lg G 4水平指标。结果治疗2年后治疗组症状评分、药物评分、皮肤反应指数降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论接受尘螨变应原免疫治疗2年后,治疗组患者在症状评分、药物评分、皮肤反应指数与对照组比较改善明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sublingual standardization of allergen vaccine for allergic rhinitis. Methods 54 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,to observe the symptom and medication score,skin reaction index,dust mite specific IgE,IgG 4 level. Results After 2 years of treatment in treatment group,the symptom score,medication scores,skin reaction index decreased,there were statistically significant difference compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion 2 years after receiving allergen immunotherapy, symptom scores,medication scores,skin reaction index compared with the control group improved significantly, suggesting that effective immunotherapy.
