摘要
温经汤出自《妇人大全良方》,原方主治血海虚寒,血气凝滞证之痛经,属于西医学原发性痛经的范畴。瘀为本病的病机关键,辩证应分虚实两类,本病病位在子宫、冲任,以气滞、寒凝导致"不通则痛"或是以气血虚弱,肝肾亏损,导致气血运行不畅而"不荣则痛"为主要病机。因此,其治疗应在活血化瘀,温经止痛的基础上酌加疏肝行气、温补肝肾等药物,更应结合临床辨证施治。
Wenjing Decoction comes from the Complete Effective Prescriptions for Women＇s Diseases, it mainly treats primary dysmenorrhea which belongs to cold blood deficiency, and blood and qi stagnate. Blood stasis is the main pathology of primary dysmenorrhe, which is in the uterus and blunt. The reasons of primary dysmenorrhe are qi stagnation and blood stasis, cold condensation and blood stasis, qi and blood weakness, liver and kidney loss. So promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and relieve pain, then add the medicine of promoting qi and warming and invigorating kidney and liver. Additionally, we should identify patterns and administer treatment accord-ing to the clinical syndrome differentiation.
