摘要
目的:观察整脊疗法结合益肾蠲痹丸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组46采用整脊疗法结合益肾蠲痹丸疗法,对照组30例只用常规疗法,2组治疗时间均为2个疗程60天。结果:2组治愈率及有效率比较均无显著性差异,P>0.05;但治疗组治疗前后、2组患者治疗后组间疗效评分及2组后遗症缓解时间比较有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:整脊疗法结合益肾蠲痹丸疗法治疗强制性脊柱炎的临床疗效肯定,值得进一步推广。
Objective：To observe clinical effects of treating ankylosing spondylitis in chiropractic therapy plus Yishen Juanbi wan. Method：46 cases in treatment group applying chiropractic therapy plus Yishen Juanbi wan,while 30 cases in control group applying conventional therapy,for 60 days as two courses in 2 groups.Results：Cure rates and effective rate comparison in two groups had no significant difference,P〉0.05;But before and after the treatment in treatment group,efficacy score after the treatment of 2 groups and remission time in 2 groups had statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Treating ankylosing spondylitis in chiropractic therapy plus Yishen Juanbi wan had exactly effects,which was worth further promoting.
