摘要
目的探讨秦艽丸方加减治疗湿热蕴结型慢性湿疹的临床效果。方法将符合入选要求的70例慢性湿疹患者,随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(35例),对照组给予丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用、氯雷他定片口服,治疗组给予秦艽丸方加减内服。以4周为1疗程,2个疗程后评价两组患者治疗前后症状、体征积分情况及总体疗效。结果两组的瘙痒程度积分、皮损改善程度积分、皮损面积积分在治疗后较治疗前显著下降,各自组内比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后各项指标积分较对照组治疗后下降更加明显,两组组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为94.3%,对照组为91.4%,治疗组优于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组复发率37.5%,对照组复发率63.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药内服治疗慢性湿疹虽总体疗效与常规西药治疗相当,但能更加显著的改善患者临床症状,大大降低了患者的复发几率,值得进一步研究并推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qinjiao pill formula in treating chronic eczema of accumulated dampness-heat.Methods 70 patients with chronic eczema of accumulated dampness-heat were randomly divided into treatment group（ 35 cases） and control group（ 35 cases）. Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream and Loratadine tablets were used in the control group, while Qinjiao pill formula was used in the treatment group. The clinical symptoms and signs, total effect of the two groups were observed before and after treatment for two courses（ 4 weeks as a course）. Results The signs of itching degree, improvement of skin lesions and area of skin lesions of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment, and both groups had significant differences before and after treatment（ P〈0.05）. The improvement of treatment group after treatment were significantly superior to the control group（ P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference between treatment group（94.3 %） and control group（91.4%） in total effective rate（P〉0.05）. The recurrence rate of treatment group（ 37.5%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（ 63.6%）, and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Qinjiao pill formula in treating chronic eczema of accumulated dampness-heat was equivalent of Westen medicine, while it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of patients compared with Western routine treatment, and was worth popularizing.
