摘要
目的分析讨论丹参注射液治疗急性心肌梗死合并心房颤动的临床应用效果。方法选取2009年7月—2012年5月我院心血管内科收治的急性心肌梗死合并心房颤动的患者90例作为研究对象。将所有患者按照随机分配原则分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组48例,采取丹参酮IIa磺酸钠联合胺碘酮治疗,对照组42例,采取单用胺碘酮治疗。最后统计两组患者住院期间心房颤动转复成功率、房颤再发率、心衰发生率以及住院期间的病死率。结果与对照组相比,治疗组患者的心房颤动转复成功率更高,而且房颤再发率、心力衰竭发生率以及住院期间的病死率更低,差异明显,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论丹参酮IIa磺酸钠联合胺碘酮对急性心肌梗死并发房颤的患者有协同治疗作用。
Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with atrial fibrillation. Methods 90 cases of acute myocardial infarction with atrial fibrillation patients who were treated in cardiovascular internal medicine from July 2009 to May 2012 were selected as research objects. All patients were divided into treatment group and control group in accordance with the principle of random distribution. 48 cases in the treatment group used tanshinone type IIa sulfonate joint amiodarone. 42 cases in the control group used amiodarone treatment. The success rate of two groups during hospitalization, atrial fibrillation converting incidence, recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation and heart failure and hospitalization mortality were observed. Results Comparing with the control group, treatment group＇s atrial fibrillation had higher converting success rate, while its incidence and recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation, heart failure, fatality rate during hospitalization were lower than those of the control group, the differences were significant P〈0.05, and there was statistical significance. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza IIa sulfonate joint amiodarone have significant effect in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with atrial fibrillation.
