摘要
目的观察莫沙比利联合奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法按照随机对照原则将69例反流性食管炎患者分为两组进行研究。对照组34例:莫沙必利5 mg,每日3次口服。治疗组35例:在对照组的基础上给予奥美拉唑20mg,每日一次口服。治疗8周后观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组及对照组患者临床症状改善总有效率分别为91.4%和73.5%;显效率分别为65.7%和44.1%,两组总有效率、显效率相比较,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗反流性食管炎有较好的协同治疗作用,疗效好,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of mosapride combined with omeprazole in treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods Sixty nine patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty four patients in control group orally received mosapride 5 mg,3 times a day and 35 patients in trial group received omeprazole 20 mg once a day besides mosapride.Clinical efficacy was observed in patients of both groups after a treatment course of 8 weeks.Results The rates of efficacy in patients of trial group and control group were 91.4% and 73.5% respectively and their marked effectiveness rates were 65.7% and 44.1% respectively.There was significant difference between these two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Omeprazole combined with mosapride had good synergistic therapeutic effect in treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis,and this therapeutic regimen is effective,safe and reliable.It is worthy to be recommended for clinical application and popularization.
