摘要
目的 为了解社区痴呆患者的家庭照料者心理状况及相关因素。方法 采用MMSE、ADL、GDS、Be -AD和GHQ对 10 3例社区痴呆患者的家庭照料者心理状况进行调查并分析。结果 家庭照料者的焦虑失眠症状明显 ,主要与痴呆患者的精神 /行为问题相关 ;与照料者本身的年龄、文化和对痴呆知识的了解程度有关。结论 对老年痴呆的照料以及照料者的心理健康状况值得重视。
Objective To investigate the psychological state of the caregiver of the senile dementia in community.Method 103 caregivers of the senile dementia in community were assessed with MMSE,ADL,GDS,Be-AD,GHQ.Results Anxiety symptoms were obvious in the caregiver of the senile dementia in community,mainly related with BPSD,and caregiver's age,culture and knowledge of dementia were also important.Conclusion We should pay more attention to senile dementia patients and caregivers in community.
