补充碳源对交替式厌氧/好氧生物滤池生物蓄磷/回收磷的影响 被引量:14

Effects of carbon source supplement patterns on phosphorus bio-accumulation and harvesting from an alternating anaerobic/aerobic biofilter

摘要 碳源不足是废水高效脱氮除磷、磷回收的限制因素,研究高效利用碳源同时能提高磷回收效果的的新工艺及其运行方式尤为重要。本研究采用连续式厌氧/好氧交替生物滤池(AABF)处理低碳磷比废水(COD/P=11),并研究碳源的补充方式(间歇型、连续型、连续循环型)、补充周期对生物滤池除磷、回收磷的影响;采用生物膜吸收并蓄积废水中的磷,并采用定期补充碳源方式诱导生物滤池内聚磷菌群(PAOs)充分释磷,以便形成高浓度的磷回收液,同时在PAOs胞内积累内源性碳,用于后续的生物除磷。结果表明,连续循环型碳源补充方式优于其他两种碳源补充方式,合理缩短碳源补充周期利于提高AABF的生物除磷以及磷回收效率;定期补充AABF进水碳源可增加AABF生物膜内聚羟基丁酸酯(PHB)含量、大幅提高AABF厌氧释磷浓度、提高厌氧释磷(磷回收)过程中PAOs的对碳源的利用效率。 The lack of carbon source was a limiting factor for effective nitrogen and phosphorus removal and harvesting from wastewater. Searching for a new way of utilizing carbon source efficiently is particularly impor- tant. This research adopted the continuous alternating anaerobic/aerobic biofilter (AABF) in treating a low C/P (COD/P = 11 ) wastewater stream. The effects of carbon source supplement patterns ( intermittent, continuous, continuous circulation) and supplement cycle lengths on AABF' s P removal and harvesting efficiencies were in- vestigated. Periodical carbon source supplements were introduced to boot a deeply release of the accumulated phosphorus by phosphorus accumulating organisms (PAOs) and for the endogenous carbon source storage in the cells which benifiting for the subsequent biological P removal. Those results indicated that the continuous circula- tion carbon source supplement pattern is better than the other two carbon source supplement patterns, and short- ening carbon source supplement cycle lengths can improve the P removal and harvesting efficiencies in AABF. The periodical carbon source supplements increased the storage of polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) in AABF biofilm, greatly improved the concentration of AABF anaerobic released phosphate, and improved the efficiencies of car- bon utilization by the PAOs in the AABF' s biofilm.
