摘要
目的:探讨活动期类风湿关节炎应用清热解毒除湿通络法治疗的效果,用以丰富临床治疗经验。方法:选择2011年6月-2014年6月我院接收并确诊的活动期类风湿关节炎患者100例,根据入院治疗顺序随机分成对照组与观察组各50例,对照组通过常规方法治疗,观察组则予以清热解毒除湿通络法治疗,经12周的治疗,统计两组患者在治疗6周以及12周以后的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率和有关临床表现,并将结果进行对比。结果:经治疗,患者的临床症状均有明显的改善与缓解,观察组治疗的总有效率为92.0%,优于对照组的72.0%,比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组中3例治疗期间出现不良反应,不良反应率为6.0%,对照组中10例出现不良反应,不良反应率为20.0%,两组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:活动期类风湿关节炎应用清热解毒除湿通络法治疗具有疗效确切、安全可靠等优点,值得在临床治疗中推广。
Objective： To investigate the effects of the TCM treatment on rheumatoid arthritis in active stage. Methods： 100 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 50 cases in each group; the observation group took the therapy of Qingre Jiedu Tongluo. Results： Clincial symptoms were obviously improved. The total efficiency was 90.2% in the observed group, better than the control group, with significant difference. The difference between two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The active stage of rheumatoid arthritis by the therapy of Qingre Jiedu Tongluo was safe and reliable, is worthy to be popularized in clinical treatment.
