摘要
目的:通过针刺百会透悬厘治疗研究脑出血大鼠神经功能恢复的机制与机理。方法:将96只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分三组(对照组,模型组,针刺组),每组32只,再分到四个时间点,即每点8只。造模成功后6h进行针刺治疗,然后在对应点(12h、24h、3天、7天)停止治疗,测定神经功能情况,取材并检测MMP-9表达。结果:针刺治疗明显降低大鼠神经功能缺损程度;并对MMP-9表达有抑制作用,进而促进脑出血的恢复。针刺组与其他两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百会透刺悬厘治疗能明显降低神经功能缺损程度,修复脑出血受损的神经元细胞,减轻脑水肿。
Objective:To observe the mechanism of nerve repairment by Baihui(GV 20)-to-Xuanli(GB 6) penetrative needling on intracerebral hemorrhage in recovery period.Methods: Ninety -six male wistar rats were randomized into three groups with 32 rats in each group( a control group,a model group and an acupunc-ture group) and every group was divided into four time points with eight rats.Acupuncture at Baihui ( GV 20) and Xuanli ( GB 6) was applied and then determinate neural function after 12 h,24 h,3 d and 7 d.Finally collect data and assess MMP-9 expression.Results:Acupuncture could ameliorate neurologic damage and in-hibit MMP-9 expresion.Compared with other two groups,the acupuncture group had a significant difference (P〈0.05).Conclusion:Baihui(GV 20)-to-Xuanli(GB 6) penetrative needling can ameliorate neurologic damage and repair neurons and relieve cerebral edema.
