摘要
阐述了新疆医科大学图书馆读者培训工作的现状,从调查培训需求、确定培训内容、组织培训活动、评价培训效用等方面,探讨了网络环境下为适应读者多元化信息需求与信息资源结构变化,提高读者培训工作质量的问题。
This paper expounds the current situation of the readers training of the library of Xinjiang Medical University, and from the aspects of investigating the training demands, determining the training contents, organizing the training activities, and evaluating the training effects, etc., probes into the problem of improving the quality of readers training in order to meet the readers＇ diversified information needs and information resources structure change in network environment.
