人Sirt6基因启动子区结合蛋白的生物信息学分析

摘要 目的:对人Sirt6基因启动子区结合蛋白进行生物信息学分析。方法:从Gene Bank数据库中获取人Sirt6基因5’调控区,使用在线软件JASPAR对该序列可能存在的转录因子结合位点进行预测。结果:Relative profile score threshold在85%、90%、95%和100%时,该序列存在939、276、70和9个可能的转录因子结合位点,包含Ahr、SPIB、Pdx1、Prrx2、MZF1、Mafb和KLF5等。结论:人Sirt6基因5’调控区存在多种转录因子的结合位点,这些转录因子大多与免疫系统调节、肿瘤发生和代谢调节等有关。 Objective: To analysis of transcription factor binding site in the promoter of human Sirt6 gene. Methods: The 5' regulatory region of Sirt6 gene was obtained from Gene Bank database. The transcriptional binding sites of Sirt6 gene were predicted by online software JASPAR. Results: 939, 276, 70 and 9potential transcription factors binding sites were predicted in the 5' regulatory region of Sirt6 gene when the relative profile score higher than 85%, 90%, 95%and 100%, including Ahr, SPIB, Pdx1, Prrx2, MZF1, Mafb, KLF5 and et al. Conclusion: There were?many transcription factor?binding sites of?human Sirt6 gene5' regulatory region, which were associated with regulation of immune system, tumor occurrence and regulation of metabolism.
