摘要
以OSB为基材、杨木单板为中板、三聚氰胺浸渍纸为面板,研究生态板的制备生产工艺并检测其性能。结果表明:单板含水率小于12%,在单板贴面热压温度110℃、热压时间380 s,浸渍纸贴面热压温度125℃、热压时间600 s条件下制得的OSB生态板,其各项物理力学性能均满足Q/TBB 0024-2014标准的要求,表面胶合强度和静曲强度均超过标准值;耐龟裂性能达到GB/T 17657-2013的1级;甲醛释放量≤0.5 mg/L,达到E0级。
With OSB as base material, poplar veneer as intermediate plate, melamine impregnated paper as surface board, the preparation and manufacturing process of ecological board are studied. The results show that in the case of veneer moisture content of less than 12%, veneer hot pressing temperature of 110℃ and hot pressing time of 380 s and impregnated paper veneer hot pressing temperature of 125 ℃ and hot pressing time of 600 s, all physical and mechanical properties of obtained ecological OSB boards meet the requirements of the standard Q/TBB 0024-2014, with surface bonding strength and bending strength superior to standard values, crack resistance reaching the first level in GB/T17657-2013, formaldehyde emission ≤ 0.5 mg/ L, reaching EO class.
