摘要
利用酚醛树脂胶制造落叶松树皮板的初步研究结果表明,在热压温度190~200℃、压力2.5~3.5MPa、热压时间0.7min/mm的工艺条件下,当施胶量达到8%,密度大于0.8g/cm3时,表层复合木质纤维的落叶松树皮板性能可达到国家《刨花板》标准GB/T4897—2003的要求,尤其是2h沸水煮后内结合强度指标远远大于标准值,可作为室外用建筑材料。
As it is shown in the result of the research about larch rind broad with PF adhesive: propovties the larch rind broad with its surface covered by wood shaving, under the tempreture of 190 - 200℃, pressure of 2.5 - 3.0 MPa, time of 0. 7 min/mm can meet the standard of GB/T 4897 - 2003. Especially MOR of the Larch rind broad exceeds the requirement of GB/T 4897 - 2003. It can be used as outdoor building materials.
