摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效。方法:将139例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者随机分为对照组69例和治疗组70例。对照组给予氟康唑口服,并用2%碳酸氢钠液清洗外阴,之后阴道纳入克霉唑栓治疗;治疗组给予自拟中药经验方内服,并用外洗经验方熏蒸外阴,之后阴道纳入克霉唑栓治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为78.3%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组复发率为5.7%,对照组复发率为14.5%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效满意,复发率低。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy on vulvovaginal candidiasis（ VVC）. Methods： 139 cases with VVC were selected and randomized into treatment group（ 70 cases） and control group（ 69 cases）. Control group were given Fluconazole orally combined with external application of 2% odium bicarbonate solution and then stucked with Clotrimazole Suppositories in the vagina while treatment group were given self-formulated Chinese empirical formula for internal administration and external use of empirical formula for vulva fumigation and then stucked with Clotrimazole Suppositories in the vagina. Results： The effective rate of treatment group（ 90. 0%） was better than that of control group（ 78. 3%）（ P 〈0. 05）; the relapse rate of of treatment group（ 5. 7%） was better than that of control group（ 14. 5%）（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy has satisfactory effects on VVC with low relapse rate.
