摘要
目的探讨萆薢渗湿汤联合克霉唑栓治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效。方法 80例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病随机分为中西医组和西医组。两组均予以克霉唑栓放入阴道,每晚1粒,连用7d。中西医组加用中药萆薢渗湿汤口服,连用7d。结果中西医组临床总有效率为92.5%,明显优于西医组的75.0%。西医组和中西医组分别出现不良反应4例和6例,较轻,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访3个月,中西医组总复发率12.5%,明显低于西医组的32.5%(P<0.05)。结论萆薢渗湿汤联合克霉唑栓治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病明显优于单纯克霉唑栓,安全性较好,并能降低其复发率。
Objective To discuss curative effect observation of Bixie Shenshi Decoction combined with Clotrimazole Suppositories on recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis were divided into traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group and western medicine group at random. The patients in two groups were given one Clotrimazole Suppositories tablet placed into the vagina for 7 days. The patients in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group were additionally given B ixieshenshi Decoction though the mouth for 7 days. Results The total clinical efficiency rate of patients in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group （92.5%） was much better than that in western medicine group （75.0%）. 4 and 6 cases of drug adverse reaction were appeared during treatment in western group and traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group with light symptom. No statistical difference were appeared between two groups （P 〉0.05）. According to the 3 months＇ following-up after treatment, the total reoccurrence rate in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group（12.5%） was much lower than that （32.5%） in western medicine group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with pure clotrimazole suppositories, Bixie Shenshi Decoction combined with Clotrimazole Suppositories has much more favorable curative effect on recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis, which has better security and can reduce the reoccurrence rate.
