摘要
从定性和定量两个方面,对影响投资效果系数的时滞因素提出了简易实用的处理方法及步骤。定性分析主要考虑项目建设周期和投资回收期两个影响因素,并以这两个因素为自变量建立数学模型,框算出投资时滞时间;定量分析主要采用一元回归分析方法找出固定资产投资与GDP的最大相关系数,以此确定出投资的时滞时间,并给出时滞后的GDP数据具体计算方法。最后,基于《焦作市统计年鉴》10年的年报数据及经济运行、项目投资效果的实际状况,进行实证分析。
Simple and practical methods of processing delay factors affecting investment effect are put forward both qualitatively and quantitatively. The qualitative analysis mainly focuses on project construction cycle and investment recovery period,with which as independent variables a mathematical model is established to calculate investment delay time. The maximum correlation coefficient between fixed assets investment and GDP is worked out mainly by employing the method of univariate regression,thus investment time delay can be further calculated and the calculation method of GDP data after time delay is put forward. Finally,an empirical analysis is conducted based on the 10 year annual data in Jiaozuo Municipal Statistical Yearbook,real situation of economic operation and investment effect in Jiaozuo.
