工业发展是经济增长的中流砥柱,工业效率和产业结构优化息息相关。在由资源消耗型、劳动密集型产业向资本、技术密集型产业方向调整的趋势下,如何评价工业效率是一个首要的问题。宁波产业结构仍有不合理之处,需要进一步加快转型升级,继续重视技术进步的重要作用,并加大力度改进纯技术效率。
The industrial development plays a key role in the economic growth.Industrial efficiency is closely related to the industrial structure optimization.Under the trend that the resource-consumption and labor-intensive industries are adjusted to be the capital-intense and technology-intensive industries,how to evaluate the efficiency of industries becomes a primary problem.The structures of Ningbo’s industries still have some unreasonable area,and should transform to an advanced level.The industries should pay more attention to the technological progress,and take great efforts to improve pure technical efficiency.
