基质金属蛋白酶-2、金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-2、肿瘤坏死因子-α在胎膜早破中的表达及意义 被引量：3

摘要 胎膜早破（premature rupture of membranes,PROM）即临产前胎膜破裂,其发生率约占分娩总数的3.0%∽21.9%[1]。PROM的发生主要在37周节点,37周之后约为10.0%以上,37周之前约为2.0%∽3.5%。因此,其在临产前或妊娠晚期经常发生,若不能得到有效干预与护理,更容易发生新生儿死亡、宫内感染、产褥感染等相关疾病。
