摘要
针对传统的纤维光锥耦合式X射线探测器存在"多余"的耦合界面层会造成光通量损失,降低探测器的空间分辨率等问题,提出了基于电荷耦合器件(CCD)的光锥直接耦合方法。该方法采用带有高增益微通道板的图像增强器实现前置放大,像增强器通过纤维光锥直接与CCD的光敏面耦合,既作为光学转换器件,也起到放大作用。实验表明:这种耦合方法减少了光损失,空间分辨率提高一倍以上。
The traditional fiber optics taper coupling method for X-ray detector had several "excess" coupling interface layers,which caused the luminous flux losing,lowered the spatial resolution of the X-ray detector.A CCD-based X-rays detector,which utilized a high-gain MCP image intensifier for upfront optical gain was proposed in this paper.This method directly coupled the MCP-based image intensifier with the photosensitive surface of a CCD by a fiber optics taper and that acted as both a converter and an intensifier.Experimental results showed that the detector currently had an intrinsic resolution which was as double as the original.
