摘要
利用软件Ansys9.0计算电缆发生整体和局部老化后线芯和外表面的温度分布,并通过实验对所建立的三维模型进行了检验。通过计算发现电缆整体老化后外表面温度场基本没有变化,电缆发生局部老化后,外表面温度最高的位置出现在老化段两端,线芯温度的最高位置出现在老化段的中间位置,而且外表面和线芯不同位置最大温度差随老化程度的加剧而逐渐增大。研究结果表明通过监测电缆外表面温度分布的变化,完全可以实现对电缆局部老化故障的红外检测。
This paper uses Ansys9.0to calculate the temperature distribution of cable core and surface after entire and part aging of the cable occur,and verifies the established three-dimensional model through an experiment.Through calculation,the surface temperature field changes little after entire cable aging;but after part aging,the highest temperature position is on the both ends of the aging part,while the highest temperature position of core is in the middle of the aging part.It is also found out that the maximum temperature difference between different parts of the surface and core become larger and larger along with aging degree.The research result shows that the infrared diagnose of cable part aging can be performed through monitoring the temperature distribution change of cable surface.
