摘要
目的:研究及比较分析不同膜过滤技术在杨林肥酒除浊中的影响。方法:将原酒样分别通过微孔直径为5μm的普通膜和微孔直径为10nm的精滤膜过滤,用紫外分光法分别测定原酒样、普通膜过滤酒样、精滤酒样的澄清度、总黄酮含量、总多糖含量。结果:杨林肥酒澄清度:精滤酒样>普通膜过滤酒样>原酒样,总黄酮、总多糖含量在精滤酒样中保留较好。结论:精滤技术在杨林肥酒除浊的应用效果优于普通膜过滤,同时精滤技术很好的保留了杨林肥酒中黄酮、多糖等小分子有效成分的含量,因此,精滤技术在提高杨林肥酒的品质和稳定性上有较好的应用前景。
Objective: Research and Analysis of Different membrane filtration technology in the impact on the Yang lin fat liquor. Therefore, there are special application prospect in improve the quality and stability of Yang lin fat liquor by fine filtration technology.
