摘要
为实现矿井煤与瓦斯突出防治的信息化、规范化管理,提升矿井煤与瓦斯突出防治管理技术和水平,结合当前矿井煤与瓦斯突出防治管理上的不足和发展趋势,利用计算机及信息化技术,设计并开发了防突动态管理与分析系统,从防突信息联合分类及防突信息报告单生成审批、防突信息分析及预警、防突措施施工效果分析及预警、防突措施设计、防突工作过程化管理、一体化竣工图动态展示等方面进行防突动态管理和分析。现场应用表明,该系统实现了防突相关信息的集中、动态管理分析和网络共享,规范了矿井防突管理工作。
In order to realize informatization,standardization management on coalmine coal and gas outburst prevention and control,improve the management technology and level on coalmine coal and gas outburst prevention and control,combined with the current management insufficiency and development trend on coalmine coal and gas outburst prevention and control,using the computer and information technology,outburst prevention dynamic management and analysis system is design and developed,which achieves outburst prevention dynamic management and analysis from outburst prevention information joint classification and outburst prevention information report generate and examination,outburst prevention information analysis and early warning,effect of outburst prevention measures analysis and early warning,outburst prevention measures design,outburst prevention work procedural management,dynamic display on integrated completion figure and so on. Field application show that the system realizes concentration,dynamic management and network sharing for outburst prevent information,standardizes the coalmine outburst prevention management work.
