摘要
采用石油醚(60~90℃)回流浸提冻绿种子油脂。采用单因素试验考察料液比、提取温度和提取时间对油脂得率的影响,利用均匀设计法优化提取工艺,得到冻绿种子油脂最佳提取条件为:料液比1∶19,提取温度90℃,提取时间2 h。在最佳条件下冻绿种子油脂得率为22.47%。运用GC-MS分析冻绿种子油脂脂肪酸组成,共检出21种脂肪酸,其中,亚油酸占39.540%,油酸占30.140%,亚麻酸占21.530%,棕榈酸占4.700%,硬脂酸占2.430%。
The oil was extracted from Rhamnus utilis seed by counter -flow extraction with petroleum ether(60 -90 ℃ ) as solvent. The effects of ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature and extraction time on the yield of oil were studied by single factor experiment, and the extraction conditions were optimized by uniform design as follows: ratio of material to liquid 1: 19, extraction temperature 90 ℃, extraction time 2 h. Under these conditions, the yield of Rhamnus utilis seed oil was 22.47%. The fatty acid composition of Rhamnus utilis seed oil was analyzed by GC -MS, and the result showed that twenty -one kinds of fatty acids were detected from the oil, in which the contents of linoleic acid, oleic acid, linolenic acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid were 39.540%, 30. 140%, 21. 530%, 4. 700% and 2. 430%, respec- tively.
