摘要
研究中性蛋白酶、碱性蛋白酶、复合蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶对籽瓜种子出油效率的影响,碱性蛋白酶的提取效果最好,进一步采用响应面法优化碱性蛋白酶法提取籽瓜种子油的工艺。选择加酶量、酶解温度、酶解时间和料液比为影响因子,出油效率为响应值。结果显示最佳工艺条件为加酶量2.96%,酶解温度44.4℃,酶解时间2.86 h,料液比1∶5.74,最大出油效率为76.5%,与验证试验结果偏差仅为1.2%。
The effect of different enzymes on extraction rate of seed - watermelon seed oil was evaluated. The al- kaline protease was effective to raise the extraction rate. Furthermore, the response surface analysis was used to opti- mize the extraction of seed - watermelon seed oil. The optimum extraction conditions were alkaline protease of 2.96% ,temperature of 44.4 ~C ,time of 2.86 h, and ratio of material to water of 1 : 5.74 with the extraction rate of 76.5% which showed the deviation of 1.2% to the validation.
