摘要
[目的]初步了解小麦次生代谢物与其抗蚜性的相关性。[方法]研究抗蚜水平不同的4个小麦材料的次生代谢物与抗蚜水平的关系。[结果]小麦的单宁、总酚、酚酸、木质素等次生代谢物质含量都因材料不同而各有差异。小麦的单宁、总酚、酚酸含量在麦蚜危害中期达到相对较高的值。选育的4个小麦典型品种中,除高抗品种0923外,其余感虫品种的抗蚜性越弱,单宁、总酚含量也越低,而酚酸、木质素含量与抗蚜水平的关系没有明显的趋势性。[结论]试验结果为探索小麦抗蚜的生化机制及选育优良的小麦抗蚜品种提供了参考。
[Objective] The aim was to understand the correlation between resistance to wheat aphid and secondary metabolites in common wheat. [Method] The correlation between the secondary metabolites and resistant degree to wheat aphid was analyzed by four wheat varieties with various resistances. [Result]The wheat material content of tannin,total phenol,phenolic acid and xylogen had differences among different varieties( lines). Wheat material content of tannin,total phenol and phenolic acid were the maximum at the medium stage of aphid harming. Except the variety 0923,the lower the resistance of wheat varieties was,the smaller tannin and total phenol contents of wheat material were,while phenolic acid and xylogen contents of wheat varieties had no significant correlation with resistant degree to wheat aphid. [Conclusion] The results provide reference for studying biochemical mechanism of wheat to aphid and breeding good aphid-resistant varieties.
