摘要
[目的]筛选高效、低毒、施用方便的杨树抗冻防病促生剂新配方及其施用方式。[方法]选择对氨基苯甲酸与6-BA为主要试剂,氢氧化钠、甘露醇、硝酸钙为辅料,组成9种抗冻防病促生剂配方,以银中杨(Populus alba×P.berolinensis)为试验材料进行喷施叶面试验,通过叶绿素荧光参数与顶芽越冬存活率评价其抗冻效果。[结果]将配方4(对氨基苯甲酸1.25 g、6-BA 0.20 g、氢氧化钠0.20 g、甘露醇0.05 g、硝酸钙0.15 g)稀释500倍后进行叶面喷施,施用时期为连续在8月中旬8月末2次喷施叶面,在提高杨树抗冻性方面表现最佳。[结论]配方4可望作为杨树抗冻防病促生剂新配方进一步研究。
[Objective] The aim was to screen out a new efficient,low-toxicity and simple prescription poplar antifreeze agent and its application method. [Method] Nine kinds of prescription of poplar antifreeze agent were made up. The main ingredient was para-aminobenzoic acid and 6-BA,and sodium hydroxide,mannitol,calcium nitrate were accessories. The Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and survival rate of overwintering buds of Populus alba × P. berolinensis were studied under different stages and different times by various antifreeze agent. The variation of cold hardiness was evaluated indirectly. [Result] When the prescription 4( para-aminobenzoic acid 1. 25 g,6-BA 0. 20 g,sodium hydroxide 0. 20 g,mannitol 0. 05 g,calcium nitrate 0. 15 g) was diluted 500 times,and sprayed in mid-August and the end of August in succession,the poplar frost resisting effect was remarkable. [Conclusion] The prescription 4 could be as new poplar antifreeze agent prescription to study.
