摘要
目的:筛选鸦胆子油鼻用p H敏感型原位凝胶的最佳处方,为鸦胆子油鼻用p H敏感型原位凝胶的制备提供基础。方法:以卡波姆934、羟丙基甲基纤维素SHE50、SHE15、SHK4M、SHK100M为基质,以吐温-80、N-甲基吡咯烷酮为增溶剂,通过黏度实验进行原位凝胶制剂的处方筛选,并在不同的p H、不同基质浓度的条件下,优化处方。结果:p H敏感型原位凝胶的黏度随着p H、基质浓度的增大而上升,加入人工鼻液后形成具有一定强度的凝胶。优选结果为卡波姆浓度最佳为0.5%,羟丙基甲基纤维素SHE50最佳浓度为0.25%,10.44 g吐温-80、2.18 g N-甲基吡咯烷酮,可使5 m L鸦胆子油完全溶解。结论:以0.5%卡波姆、0.25%羟丙基甲基纤维素SHE50为凝胶基质,以吐温-80,N-甲基吡咯烷酮为增溶剂,可成功制备鸦胆子油p H敏感型鼻用原位凝胶。
Objective:To screen the best prescription of java brucea fruit oil of nasal in situ gel p H-sensitive.Method:Carbomer 934,hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose SHE50,SHE15,SHK4 M,SHK100M were used as matrix,twain-80,N-methyl pyrrolidone were used as solubilizer,through the experiment in situ gel preparation viscosity prescription screening,solution clarity were evaluated under condition of gel p H and concentration of gelation as optimization prescription.Result:In situ gel p H-sensitive viscosity increased with the increase of p H and substrate concentration,after joined artificial nose liquid formation strength of the gel.The optimization result was that best carbomer concentration of 0.5%,hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose SHE50 optimal concentration of 0.25%,twain-80 10.44 g and 2.18 g N-methyl pyrrolidone,it could make the 5 m L java brucea a fruit oil completely dissolved.Conclusion:Carbomer at 0.5%,0.5% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose SHE50 gel matrix,twain-80 and N-methyl pyrrolidone as solubilizer,can be successful preparation of java brucea fruit oil p H-sensitive nasal in situ gel.
