摘要
目的:观察鸦胆子乳剂注射液与GP方案化疗联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法:将40例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分两组,治疗组用鸦胆子乳剂+GP方案治疗(即泽菲加顺铂);对照组应用GP方案治疗。结果:治疗组有效率50%,对照组有效率45%,两组对比差异无显著意义(P<0.05);两组患者近期疗效差异无统计学意义;治疗组生活质量改善75%,对照组50%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);消化道反应,治疗组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度发生率30%,对照组50%,两组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:鸦胆子乳剂注射液与GP方案联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌可明显提高患者的生活质量,改善症状,减轻化疗的毒副反应。
Objective：To obverse the clinical curative effect and side effect of brucea Javanica oil emulsion （BJOE） combined with GP chemotherapy on treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods：40 cases of NSCLC were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group. The treatment was treated by B JOE combined with GP chemotherapy and the contrast group by GP chemotherapy only. Results： The effective ratios of the treatment group and the contrast group were 50% and 45% respectively. The difference of two groups had no significant meaning （P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference of curative effect had no statistical meaning. The ratio of improved life quality in the treatment group and the contrast group was 75% and 50%. The life quality of the treatment group was obviously improved than that in the contrast group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The ratio of enteron response with Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree in the treatment group and the contrast group was 30% and 50%. The difference had significant meaning （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion：BJOE has good curative effect on treating advanced NSCLC, especially enhances the life quality, improves symptom and decreases the side effect of chemotherapy.
