摘要
针对细粒褐煤的可浮性较差 ,采用传统浮选法不能浮选的问题 ,提出了在 2 5℃ ,用NaOH溶液对其进行预处理 ,用甲基二乙醇酰胺对其表面进行改性 ,然后用C重油进行造粒 ,再用少量仲庚醇对造粒褐煤进行浮选的新的浮选方法 .试验结果表明 ,采用该种新浮选法可以很好地浮选回收传统选法不能浮选的细粒褐煤 .同时探讨了影响细粒褐煤改质、造粒和浮选的主要因素 .
Aimed at solving the problem that the floatability of fine grained lignite is not good, and the fine grained lignite can not be floated in traditional flotation method, we proposed a new flotation in which the solution of NaOH was used to pretereat the fine grained lignite, and methyldiethanolamide was used to change the surface properties of the fine grained lignite, and C heavy oil was used to combine the particles, and a small amount of sec heptanol was used to float pelleting lignite at 25 ℃ in this crticle. The results showed that the new grained lignite that could not be floated in traditional flotation method. The primary factors affecting and flotation were discussed at the same time.
