摘要
针对褐煤资源难以有效利用的现状,采用水热处理法进行褐煤改质成型实验,分析水热处理对褐煤性质及型煤抗压强度的影响。结果表明,经过水热处理后的褐煤,酚羟基和羧基含量明显降低,饱和烷烃有所增加;随着水热处理温度升高,煤中内在水分、挥发分降低,型煤的抗压强度提高。该研究为褐煤的进一步加工利用奠定了基础。
Aim at the effective utilization of lignite resource,this paper presents study of the molding of the lignite treated by water-heat-treatment and analysis of the effect of water-heat-treatment on properties of lignite and compressive strength of briquette.The results show that lignite subjected to water-heat-treatment exhibits an obviously decreased content of hydroxyl and carboxyl and slightly increased saturated alkane.The increase in water-heat-treatment temperature results in an obvious decrease in the moisture of coal internality and the volatilization of lignite,and increase in the compressive strengthen of the briquettes.This study provides a basis for processing and utilizing lignite.
