摘要
现阶段,社会对应用型人才的培养提出了全新的要求,必然会对高等院校的应用型人才培养模式产生深远的影响。高等院校具备培养人才、发展科学技术和服务社会等各方面的职能,其中,人才的培养是全国各大高校的主要职能所在,高等院校人才培养的质量将会直接影响到社会经济发展的质量。为此,本文以重庆高校为例,探索应用型人才培养和就业过程中所存在的问题,希望能够培养出具有一流基础研究能力和应用型的社会人才。
At present, new requinements are proposed in the cultivation of applied talents in the society, which obviously have profound impact on the training mode of applied talents in colleges and universities. The colleges and universities have the functions of personnel training, science and technology development and etc., among which the personnel training is the main function, for the quality of talents training will directly influence the quality of social and economic development. As a result, taking the colleges and universities as an example, the problems existed in the process of applied talents training and employment were esplored, hoping to cultivate a first-class applied talents of basic research ability and application type.
