摘要
目的探究舒适护理在冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者室性心律失常中的应用效果。方法选取2013年5月至2014年5月我院收治的冠心病慢性心力衰竭并发室性心律失常患者60例,按照入院先后顺序分成两组,每组30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行舒适护理,观察两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组有效率为100%,对照组为86.7%;观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组;观察组不良生活方式改变情况明显优于对照组且治疗依从性(96.67%)及死亡率(0)均明显优于对照组(73.33%)、(6.67%)P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论舒适护理在冠心病慢性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者中具有较好的应用效果,能够有效缓解患者胸闷胸痛、心悸气短等临床症状,提高治疗依从性,降低死亡率,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfort care of ventricular arrhythmia in patients with chronic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease and ventricular arrhythmia who were admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into observation group （n=30） and control group （n=30） according to the order of admission. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received comfort care in addition to the routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed. Results The observation group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group （100.0% vs 86.7%, P〈0.05）. And the observation group showed a significantly better improvement in life style than the control group （P〈0.05）. The observation group also had a significantly better treatment compliance （96.67% vs 73.33%, P〈0.05） and a significantly lower mortality rate （0.00% vs 6.67%, P〈0.05） than the control group. Conclusion Comfort care has a good effect for patients with chronic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease and ventricular arrhythmia. It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, such as chest distress, chest pain, palpitation, and short breath, improve the treatment compliance, and reduce the mortality rate. So it holds promise for clinical application.
