国际视角下我国第三代远程教育教师角色定位研究被引量：6

摘要在远程教育从以单向通信为特征的第二代向以双向通信为特征的第三代过渡的国际化背景下,我国高等远程教育正经历向以服务全民终身教育为使命的开放大学转变,迫切需要开展开放大学远程教师角色、核心能力定位的实证研究来支撑资格认证与绩效管理。本研究依托"北京开放大学远程教育教师专业发展中心建设"项目,为定位我国第三代远程教育教师角色进行了国际比较研究。采用持续性比较法,归纳演绎出远程教育教师六维角色分类框架(教学性、技术性、发展性、管理性、社会性和服务性)。本研究发现我国特别关注教学实施人员这一角色的讨论,摒弃"以教师为中心"的教学模式,强调教师需从"导"的角度来组织和实施教学,然而,定位为"导"的教师角色是否能真正开展"以学生为中心"的教学还有待我们思考。同时,本研究指出我国远程教师角色定位中社会性角色没有受到足够的重视;服务性角色中忽视了图书馆服务工作。技术性角色中可更多关注技术专家这一角色起到的作用;管理性角色中需强调领导管理与组织管理。本研究通过国际比较分析来定位我国第三代远程教育教师角色,为后续研究远程教师队伍建设与专业能力提供理论支持与研究依据。
