摘要
"学分银行"是开放大学建设的重点内容之一,是构建终身教育体系、建设学习型社会的重要抓手。学分银行的正常运行需要构建完整的组织管理体系、制定科学的学习成果认证和转换标准体系以及设计实用的选课系统。无锡开放大学在学分银行建设初期,在学历教育和非学历教育中进行了初步探索。学历教育方面,选取五年制高职"环境监测与治理技术"专业与江苏开放大学"环境工程"本科衔接作为突破口。非学历教育方面,申请与中国企业管理无锡培训中心共同探索"学分互认"项目,打通学历教育课程与企业培训课程,实现学习成果互认、学分积累和转换的目标。
The ＂credit bank＂is one of the important contents of the Open University construction.It is an important measure and effective method in the construction of lifelong education system and the learning society.The normal operation of the credit bank system needs a complete set of organization and management, to build a scientific learning outcomes certification, the conversion of the standard system and the practical course system design. In the early period of the construction of credit bank, Wuxi Open University conducts a preliminary exploration on the academic education and non-academic education. In terms of education, it selects five-year system higher vocation＂environmental monitoring and treatment technology＂and Jiangsu Open University＂environmental engineering major＂undergraduate convergence as the breakthrough point. In non-academic education, it cooperates with Chinese Enterprise Management Training Center in Wuxi to explore the＂credit＂project, to realize docking the course of education and enterprise training courses, the mutual recognition, credit accumulation and conversion.
