摘要
我国的现代大学建设进程深刻改变了高校的社会关系空间,使学术权力运行制度理念、外部环境也随之发生了变化,因此,通过大学制度创新抑制特权行为的流弊已势在必行。而我国现行大学制度在理念、制度构建及运行机制上,对特权行为的理解与规制已不能适应现代大学建设的需求。需要识别特权行为在大学制度中的特殊表现,改善基本制度和执行机制,防止特权行为对现代大学制度建设的侵蚀。
The process of our country＇s contemporary universities＇ system construction profoundly changes social relation-ship space of colleges and unlversities,which also changes the idea of academic power oporation system and the external environment.It is imperative to resist the abuses of privilege action through universitiesS system innovation.However,in terms of ideas,system construction and operation mechanism,the understanding of privilege action from our country＇s contemporary universities＇ system can not totally satisfy the needs of contemporary universitiesp construction.Therefore,it is necessary to recognize the special forms of privilege action in universities＇ system,to improve basic systems and enforcement mechanism and to overcome the erosion of contemporary universities＇ construction process from privilege action.
