摘要
我国市场经济的发展要求重建经济与政治功能兼具的现代新农会。这不仅有利于实现农民的结社自由权,而且有利于为农民发展权的实现提供可靠的组织保障。为此,不但要破除建立现代新农会的观念障碍,更要加强相关的法律制度建设,强化政府责任,大力发展农村市场经济。
The development of our country＇s market economy demands to rebuild a modern new peasant association which has both economic and political functions,which is not only good for realize the freedom of association but also good for providing reliable organization guarantee to realize peasant＇s developing right.Therefore,we should not only get rid of the concept obstacles in building the modern new peasant association ,but also strengthen the construction of legal system,strengthen the government responsibility and rapid develop rural market economy.
