摘要
农民是我国最大的社会弱势群体,尊重和保障农民发展权是建设和谐社会的基础。法律是农民发展权的根本保障。促进和谐农村社会的发展离不开农民发展权的保障。应当通过完善农民发展权保护的立法,加强农民发展权的行政保障与司法保障,建立农民维权组织来强化农民发展权的保障。
The farmers are the largest and weakest group in our society.It is the foundation of building a harmonious society to respect and protect their right to develop.Laws are fundamental protection of their right to develop.Harmonious development of the rural areas is inseparable from protecting the farmers＇ right to develop.Protecting the farmers＇ right to develop should be strengthened through improving the legislation,strengthening the administrative protection and judicial protection,and through establishing the farmers＇ organization.
