摘要
近年来,渤海油田应用整体加密调整技术,实现了提高采收率的目的,但也导致井间距越来越小,有些井中心距甚至小于1,m。井眼碰撞由浅层存在风险逐步演变为深浅层同时存在风险,由单点存在风险逐步扩展为多点存在风险。防井眼碰撞是钻井工程面临的一道难题和挑战。渤海油田结合碰撞原因分析和作业经验,建立了新型丛式井防碰"全过程控制、全员参与、制定专项风险预案"的管理模式,形成了逐级控制、人人有责、专项预防的作业机制,有效降低了丛式井碰撞风险。
In recent years,the application of integral well pattern thickening adjustment technique to Bohai oilfield hasachieved the purpose of enhancing oil recovery rate. However,the inter well distance has became closer and closer,and forsome wells,the minimum inter well distance is even less than 1,meter. Therefore,wellbore collision risk has graduallyevolved from shallow layer risk to both shallow and deep layer risk,and from a single point risk to a multiple-point risk.Cluster-well anti-collision becomes a hard problem for drilling engineering. Based on an analysis of collision reasons andwork experiences in the Bohai oilfield,a new management model called “controlling the whole process,advocating teaminvolvement and preparing special risk plan” was established to reduce lower cluster wells’ collision risks.
