摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善,越来越多的装备维修保障任务交由民间力量完成,已有了军地双方共同参与保障的运作模式,军民一体化装备维修保障体系也初步形成。为加深对军民一体化装备维修保障体系的理解,更好地促进体系健康发展,本文通过建立评价指标体系,确立评价模型,利用多层次-模糊综合评价法对体系的科学性做出评价,得出现行体系总体良好的结论。最后,对体系的改进提出了合理化的建议。
As the socialist market economic system gradually improves in china, more and more complicated high-tech equipment maintenance support tasks are completed by the civil power, the operation mode of military and civilian participation security have been established, civil-military integration of equipment maintenance support system is preliminary formed. To deepen the understanding of civil- military integration of equipment maintenance support system, and to better promote the healthy development of the system, through the establishment of evaluation index system and the evaluation model, this paper evaluates the scientificity of the system using the method of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and come to the conclusion that the current system is overall good. Finally, the paper puts forward rational suggestions for the system improvement.
