摘要
目的:了解我院门诊抗菌药物的临床应用情况。方法:随机抽取2013年7月至2014年7月门诊使用抗菌药物的处方每月100张,采用回顾性方法评价门诊抗菌药物使用情况。结果:1300张抗菌药物处方中,合格处方为1026张,不规范处方和用药不适宜处方共274张,平均合格率为78.92%。结论:随着抗菌药物处方专项点评工作的开展,门诊抗菌药物合格率有所提高。
Objective： To know the clinical application of antibacterial drugs in the outpatient department of our hospital. Methods： Every month 100 antibiotics prescriptions of our outpatient department in our hospital from July, 2013 to July, 2014 were randomly sampled and analyzed. Results ：1300 sheets of antibacterial prescriptions were collected, in which 1026 sheets were accurate. No standard prescriptions and inappropriate prescriptions were 274 sheets. The average pass rate of prescriptions was 78. 92%. Conclusion ： With the development of antimicrobial prescribing specific comments work, the qualified rate of outpatient antimicrobial drugs increased month by month.
