摘要
目的了解我院门诊处方用药情况,提高合理用药水平。方法汇总我院2011年1-6月处方评价表,了解门诊处方用药情况,对处方中不合理用药情况进行分析和归类。结果不合理用药处方209张,占抽查处方总数的8.71%,平均用药品种数3.7种,抗菌药使用率2.88%,平均每张处方金额897.24元。结论处方点评是规范临床合理用药的重要手段之一,总结用药经验并及时反馈给临床医生,以促进我院合理用药水平。
Objective To investigate the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital, promote rational drug use. Methods The evaluation results of prescriptions from January to June in 2011 were summarized, then the cases of irra- tional drug use were analyzed and classified. Results 209 pieces of unqualified prescriptions took up 8.71% of total sampling prescriptions. The average number of drug kinds per prescription was 3.7. The rate of antimicrobial drug use was 2. 88%. The average amount of per prescription was 897.24 RMB. Conclusion Prescription review is one of the most important methods to standardize drug use. The rational drug use in our hospital could be promoted by finding the irrational drug use and summarizing medication experiences, then feedbacking to doctors.
