摘要
研制了浓度分别为10.0%、30.0%、50.0%的蔗糖水溶液标准物质,并对其均匀性和稳定性进行了考察。采用重量称量法,根据蔗糖的纯度、蔗糖称取的质量和溶剂高纯水称取的质量确定其特性量值。结果表明,该蔗糖水溶液标准物质的均匀性和稳定性良好,量值准确可靠,达到国家二级标准物质的要求。
The reference material of sucrose in water with the concentration of 10.0% ,30.0% ,50.0% were prepared. The homogeneity and stability were tested by variance methods. According to the purity of sucrose ,the quality of source and the quality of water, the values were certificated with weighing. The results showed that the homogeneity and stability were good, the values were accurate and reliable, and it can meet the requirement of secondary materials.
