结晶甘露醇和山梨醇溶液的制备研究 被引量:5

摘要 对蔗糖直接合成山梨醇和甘露醇以及甘露醇的结晶分离进行了研究。在含Ni、Al、Ru的载体催化剂存在下 ,中性的蔗糖水溶液可同时水解加氢直接转化为甘露醇和山梨醇溶液。产物中甘露醇和山梨醇的质量比约为 1∶4。产物的水溶液浓缩至己糖醇的质量分数为 73 % ,然后在 5 8℃时以 3℃ /h的速度冷却至 2 9℃使甘露醇部分结晶。浓缩液中的甘露醇有 70 %结晶出来。结晶母液中 ,山梨醇和甘露醇的质量分数分别为 6 5 1%和 4 9% The direct synthesis of sorbitol and mannitol from sucrose and the crystallization of manitol were investigated.In the presence of supported catalyst containing Ni?Al?Ru,neutral sucrose aqueous solution can be converted directly into mannitol and sorbitol solution by simultaneous hydroolysis and hydrogenation.The mass of mannitol in the product is about 1/4 that of sorbitol.The solution of product is concentrated into the solution in which the mass fraction of hexiol is 73 %,then it is cooled at 58 ℃ with a rate of 3 ℃/h until 29 ℃ to make mannitol fractional crystallization.70 % of the mannitol in the concentrated solution can crystallize out.The mass fraction of sorbitol in the crystallinic mother solution is 65 1 %,of mannitol 4 9 %.
