摘要
目的分析胃镜室的护理风险,实施风险管理。方法选取2013年10月~2014年12月收治的102例胃镜检查患者为研究对象,从医院、医务人员、药物、患者自身进行风险评估。结果胃镜护理风险防范措施主要包括加强院内管理,建立健全胃镜室管理制度;加强医务人员的专业培训;加强麻醉药物及急诊药物管理,规避药物风险;对患者进行病情相关教育等。结论护理风险管理可提高医务工作者的内镜风险防范意识和评估风险的能力,以减少并发症及不良事件的发生,确保护理安全。
Objective To analyze the nursing risk and implement risk management in gastroscope room.Methods 102 patients with gastroscopy from October 2013 to December 2014 in our the hospital were selected as the research object,their nursing risks were carried out by medical personnel,drugs,patients themselvest.Results Gastroscopy nursing risk preventive measures include:strengthening hospital management,establish and improve the management system of gastroscope room,strengthen the professional training of medical personnel,strengthening the anesthetic drugs and emergency medical management to avoid the risk of drug,educating related condition for patients and so on.Conclusion Nursing risk management can improve the ability of the medical workers to prevent the risk of endoscopic prevention and assessment in order to reduce the complications and the occurrence of adverse events and to ensure the safety of nursing.
