摘要
目的了解慢性肾功能衰竭患者对疾病饮食治疗的认知水平及影响因素。方法依据慢性肾功能衰竭饮食治疗的原则,自行设计调查表,对109例慢性肾功能衰竭患者进行疾病饮食治疗认知水平及影响因素调查。结果慢性肾功能衰竭患者的疾病饮食治疗认知水平普遍较低,20项问题(总分40分)总得分为(11.91±6.66)分,认知水平与患者文化程度、是否受过相关教育、病程长短有显著性相关,P<0.001。结论对慢性肾功能衰竭患者的饮食疗法教育十分必要。
Objective To observe the cognitive level ot diet treatment tot patients with chronic renal failure and the influence factors. Methods Investigate 109 patients with chronic renal failure on the cognitive level of diet treatment and influence factors by self -designed questionnaire according to their diet treatment principles. Results The cognitive level of diet treatment for pa tients with chronic renal failure was generally low. The total score of the 20 questions with a full score of 40 was （11.91± 6.66）. The cognitive level is obviously combined with patients＇ education level, related knowledge and the course of disease（P〈0. 001 ）. Conclusion It＇s necessary to give diet education to patients with chronic renal failure.
